Dennis and I had a wonderfull time at the Hotel Las Salinas. We were both very comfortable with our room. Christian and his family were so great. You needed any information on anything about their awesome town they were there to help you. The girls that did the cleaning of the rooms were also fabulous. We will go back there, hopefully next year.To us this hotel is alot more than a two star!

Very clean, quiet place to stay at. It is family owned and they are extremely friendly, helpful and respectful. Comfortable beds/pillows, TV, wi-fi, cold AC, hot water, and there was a fridge and microwave in the hallway. I stayed in a different/bigger room the first night and it had a small kitchen with sink, dishes, electric stove, fridge etc. Has all you need. It is right around the corner of one of the main streets and buses pass by often. Although I found myself walking in town a lot of the time since many things were so closeby. When I needed a cab I just stood right at the front entrance of the hotel as they frequently pass by. A couple of food places and convenience stores are right around the corner for a quick bite to eat. They speak Spanish, English and French. I would definitely stay here again!
Small hotel in a good location in town. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. The room was small but clean. The sink did leak and the toilet wasn't working consistently.

I clearly remember visiting Hotel Las Salinas and enjoyed meeting Christian and his family. We had two teenagers with us!! I particularly liked being a short walk from the Central Market and there I bought very high quality coffee that I never forgot - only wish I'd bought more of it. The hotel is convenient and very clean thus, it was an enjoyable experience before resuming our travels South along the coast. If we sell our house or when we do, we plan to move to Mexico permanently.
